Gwarthegva Barn is a newly converted barn of honey coloured granite with slate roofs and probably dates from the late 17th or early 18th century. It is set in a tranquil, south facing valley. Two miles from the coast, Helford River, 1 mile Mawnan Smith village.

Cider Press cottage is a newly converted cart shed with stripped wood floors on the same site as Gwarthegva Barn.

Argal Lodge Cottage is a Gothic gamekeeper's cottage on the edge of woodland, it offers secluded and comfortable accommodation. Hidden up a tree-lined drive, the house has a good sized garden with a sunny and sheltered terrace which is safe for children. It is extremely well placed for beaches, riding, tropical gardens, Helford River, 2 miles west of Falmouth.

Harbour Cottage is situated just two minutes from Falmouth harbour and the main street. It offers a high standard of accommodation on three floors.
