This property is situated on
the western side of the beautiful Penberth Valley, some 3 miles from Land`s
End.
Penwithern is conveniently placed for coves, beaches, outstanding sea
fishing, spectacular coastal walks and the famous Minack Theatre.
The centre of Treen village ( 1/2 mile) has a general shop - and the famous
Logan Rock Inn .with good food ; and a children's` room. The beautiful
Pednvounder beach is easily reached from Treen.
Penberth Cove is three quaters of a mile away and is a completely unspoilt fishing cove - where it is
still possible to buy fresh fish and shellfish direct from the boats. There
is Plenty of parking for up to 3 cars
Penwithern provides all that one could wish for in a holiday home. It is
carpeted throughout and comfortably appointed. It has a separate sitting
room with colour television and a dining room with adjoining kitchen.
The property is fully central heated, with a gas fire in the dining room and
an open fire in the drawing room.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing
machine.
Penwithern sleeps six persons. There are three bedrooms, two with double
beds and one with bunks , all of which are supplied with duvets.
On the first floor there is a shower room complete with WC and wash basin.
On the ground floor there is a separate bathroom
combining bath, WC and wash basin.
Water is heated by immersion and/or central heating. The house has a large
garden to the rear and a small front garden. There is adequate parking for up to
three cars.
