This spacious, well appointed apartment has just undergone a complete upgrade, with a newly fitted kitchen, bathroom, and decorated through out. Very conveniently located on the first and second floors above a gift card and stationery shop, which is owned and run by the owner of the apartments, immediately behind the marina, for sailing facilities and high speed ferry links to the mainland.

Fully fitted kitchen, microwave, washing machine tumble dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob/oven, pay phone. Large lounge/dining room with colour TV/video & stereo/cd, over looking the high street. Bathroom, bath with electric shower over, separate WC. Second floor three bedrooms, two twin, one adult bunk room. One twin-overlooking marina. The apartment has full gas central heating.

It is in the heart of the conservation area of Cowes, with lovely views from the one bedroom across the marina and within easy walking distance of all amenities. Cowes, the world famous yachting centre, has much to offer holidaymakers of all ages, with excellent facilities for water sports. The island has something for everyone, with stunning beaches, pretty villages and many visitor attractions. For a great day out explore nearby Osborne House, which was Queen Victoria's summer home.

The apartments are situated in the pedestrian area. Close to shops, pubs, and restaurants. Short stay pay and display car park just off Shooters Hill,(£2.00 for 4 hours). Long stay car park within 10 min walk from apartments.
