This spacious, well-appointed apartment is located on the first and second floors above a clothes retailer, in the pedestrianised area of Cowes. It is close to shops, pubs and restaurants and there is a short stay "pay and display" car park just off Shooters Hill, (£2.00 for 4 hours). There is "long stay" parking within 10 min walk of the apartments. The apartment is conveniently situated in the heart of the conservation area of Cowes, with lovely views from the kitchen window across the marina and within easy walking distance of all amenities. Cowes, the world famous yachting centre, has much to offer holidaymakers of all ages, with excellent facilities for water sports. The island has something for everyone, with stunning beaches, pretty villages and many visitor attractions. For a great day out explore nearby Osborne House, which was Queen Victoria's summer home.

The apartment consists of: Entrance with security entry system. Stairway leading to first floor entrance. Hallway with coin operated telephone and separate WC. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob/oven and breakfast bar.  Large lounge/dining room with TV/video & stereo/cd, dining table with seating for six.

Bathroom with washbasin & bath.  Staircase from kitchen down to shared enclosed courtyard with patio furniture and use of gas BBQ.  The apartment is heated by night storage heaters, which are included in the rent.

All linen, towels and tea towels are provided. One well behaved pet is welcome. No smoking
