Located on a traditional cider farm, these attractive cottages and chalet style caravan are in an ideal location for exploring the New Forest. The New Forest Cider in the farm is a family Forest Holding with registered commoners rights. We have revived the craft of Cider making, which was part of the Commoner's way of life on their holdings earlier this century. We use our own local orchard apples together with true cider fruit gathered from traditional cider orchards that we work in Somerset and we press during October, November and December as the different varieties become ripe. The cider is blended into freshly emptied whisky barrels to enhance the flavour. The village of Burley in the heart of The New Forest is a charming place, with wild ponies and donkeys wandering around, many pretty shops and an excellent tea room. There is just so much to do in the area, including golf, cycling, horse riding, walking and fishing, and of course many wild life reserves and other places of interest to go including Winchester cathedral, Portsmouth , Southampton, Isle of Wight & Cowes, The Needles, Beaulieu, to name just a few. Beaches are just 6 miles away, and there are many interesting coastal towns and ports to visit.

Highcroft Cottage, sleeps 7, four bedroom house which consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double / twin bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. A single bedroom with en-suite disabled shower room, dining room, lounge, fully fitted kitchen and utility room with washing machine on the ground floor, with back door leading to a private back garden.
 
Grooms Cottage, sleeps 3, self contained annex in a court yard setting with a pretty back garden, comprising one double/ twin bedroom, adjacent bathroom and airing cupboard. A lounge with wood burning stove, colour T.V. pay telephone and French doors leading to back garden. The kitchen / diner is on the first floor which is fully equipped including microwave.

Chalet Style Caravan, sleeps 6, standing in its own fenced patio area, and consisting of one double bedroom, one bunk bedroom and a double bed settee in the lounge area, which has a TV and electric fire. The kitchen area is equipped with gas cooker and fridge and the bathroom has a shower over the bath.
