Nestling in the heart of the Fife countryside, yet conveniently situated near St. Andrews and Cupar, this delightful traditional stone cottage has been tastefully renovated to a high standard. Reached by private farm road it is approximately ¼ mile to the Cupar / Logie road and 1 mile to the main A91 at Darsie. An abundance of golf courses, fishing villages, sandy beaches, castles, National Trust properties and a vast array of other tourist attractions, too numerous to mention, are all within easy reach. This makes the cottage an ideal base for sightseeing, touring or just relaxing.

Darsie has a shop, post office and filling station, and the Darsie Inn serves an excellent meal. There is also a superb hotel just ½ mile from the cottage for that special occasion. Both Cupar and St. Andrews have a full range of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Dundee is only 11 miles away and has two large shopping centres as well as 24 hour supermarkets. 

The Accommodation:
The cottage has a comfortable lounge with a lovely period open fire, colour TV/video, and a very comfortable double sofa bed with futon mattress. The kitchen / diner is fully fitted, with washing machine, cooker, fridge and microwave, and there is a bathroom with bath, wc and basin. The bedroom has twin beds plus a pull out guest bed.

Outside there is an attractive enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and BBQ, and there is ample parking.
