On four floors, with superb sea views situated overlooking the beach in the unspoilt Heritage Coast town of Aldeburgh, a town renowned for its architectural elegance, colour and variety. Orlando is an integral part of the town being one street away from the High Street characterised by a wide range of independent shops and galleries. Aldeburgh is particularly renowned for its excellent restaurants. Aldeburgh offers a small cinema, library, doctors surgery and all the facilities of a small community. Aldeburgh provides a year round retreat for all ages. The lively sailing club and long shingle beach is popular with children and adults of all ages whereas the more peaceful nature of Aldeburgh out of season offers visitors an unspoilt reminder of the past and the opportunity to walk the beautiful RSPB bird reserve at Minsmere. There are many superb coastal walks locally and the golf courses at Aldeburgh and Thorpeness are of a high standard. Aldeburgh is perhaps most recognized for its music festivals at Snape Maltings and the annual Aldeburgh festival.

The House: Orlando offers very spacious Victorian accommodation comfortably sleeping 9 adults with 5 children, and is fully centrally heated throughout. On the ground floor, there is a fully fitted lime oak units with dishwasher, Aga, fridge, microwave and quarry tiled floor, with a small breakfast table set under a glazed roof area. With its exposed brick chimney breast and wood burner this room offers a quiet retreat. The wide bay window overlooks the beach and sea with a window seat. TV and video player with a selection of videos. The dining room is ideal for all mealtimes at a large oval table, and a CD/tape player is available. The utility room has an automatic washing machine / tumble dryer, chest freezer and toilet off.

First Floor:
Main living room is large and provides a panoramic view of Aldeburgh beach with glimpses of the famous fishing boats in front of the lifeboat station. Three large three seater sofas provide a superb communal room for any time of the day. Telephone point.
Bedroom 1:Double and single bed and cot. Overlooks rear of building and high street.
Bedroom 2:single bed with optional second pull-out single bed. Beds are narrow and would be suitable for small adults Bathroom 1:shower, WC and hand washbasin servicing bedrooms 1 & 2.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: Spacious master bedroom with double bed and wonderful sea views. En-suite bathroom comprising WC, bath with shower over, basin, shaver point.
Bedroom 4: King-size wrought iron style bed with wonderful sea views. En-suite shower room with WC, shower and basin.

Third floor:
Bedroom 5: 'L' shaped room overlooking rear of house and high street beyond with single bed and 2 child’s single divans. Bedroom 6: Extensive sea views with two sets of double bunk beds. Ideal for children. Lower bunks may be suitable for small adults.
Bathroom 4: WC, bath, basin servicing bedrooms 5 & 6.
