Enjoying 8 acres of private grounds, and surrounded by unforgettable countryside, this collection of cottages are extremely well positioned within easy reach of the old market town of Barnstaple. The wild, untamed open spaces of Exmoor and the stunning Atlantic coastline are just a stone's throw away, where you can enjoy the sweeping, golden sands that this part of England is famous for. There are a wealth of things to do fairly locally, with many fine golf courses and gardens to visit, and of course a vast array of picturesque villages and old towns scattered throughout the region. Bradiford village can supply your daily needs, and the village pub is within walking distance; you can also make full use of the heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, spa bath and fitness rooms for a modest charge. In fact, there are a number of all-weather leisure activities close by to suit all tastes.

The Cottages: are spacious with a special feeling of homeliness; your hosts can offer you the perfect opportunity to enjoy a memorable stay in peaceful and hospitable surroundings. The cottages form part of the original farm, and have been sympathetically renovated to an exacting standard with exposed beams, cottage style furnishings, central heating and adjacent car parking. They are all very well equipped with microwave, colour TV, washing machine / tumble dryer (except Dolly's) and garden furniture. There is a large paddock with professionally installed play area for children. 

Humes Farm: Sleeps 10. Two sitting rooms, dining room, two kitchens, two bathrooms and a shower, two double bedrooms, and two further small bedrooms each with three beds.

The Shippen: Sleeps 6. Open plan in style, with living / dining / kitchen area, bathroom with bath and shower, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bedroom with two bunk beds.

Carpenters Cottage: Sleeps 4. Open plan  dining room / kitchen, sitting room, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite facilities.

The Barn: Sleeps 4. Open plan in style, with living / dining / kitchen area, bathroom, shower room, a double and a twin bedroom.

Dolly's Cottage: Sleeps 2. Open plan in style, with living / dining / kitchen area, double bedroom, shower cubicle, wash basin & wc.

Chamings Cottage: Sleeps 5. Sitting room, kitchen / dining room, bathroom, double bedroom, bedroom with 3 beds.

Farmhouse Cottage: Sleeps 5.  Kitchen / Dining area, sitting room, bathroom, double bedroom, bedroom with 3 beds.
