Just a few minutes from one of the best beaches in England, the property has uninterrupted sea views across the bay  to St. Ives.  Carbis Bay and the West Cornwall golf course at Lelant, just 5 miles by road. Hayle makes a perfect launch pad for exploring and touring West Cornwall, and for bird watchers the Hayle Estuary Bird Sanctuary is just 3 miles away. There are 3 miles of golden sand beaches just a few minutes walk away, allegedly the best in England, and the coastal footpath is about 50 m away. There are a multitude of major tourist attractions nearby, including the Paradise Park Bird Sanctuary, the Seal Sanctuary, Flambards Theme Park, the Poldark Mine and The Cornish Gold Centre. There is also the famous Minack Theatre which is worth a visit. St. Michaels Mount is not to be missed, the twin of Mont St. Michel in France, and of course, Land End. Slightly further afield, but only 35 miles, is the world famous Eden Project.

The accommodation: is completely self contained with its' own private entrance, and situated above the owners property, who are usually on hand to help you get the best out of your holiday. It has superb views and private parking, and offers comfortably furnished holiday accommodation for up to 4 people. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. The lounge / dining room has comfortable seating and is furnished with a coal effect fire, cassette radio, TV and video, and the large kitchen is well equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave, and ample crockery and cooking utensils. The kitchen is also suitable for dining. The property is heated, and has ample hot water supplied by the main boiler downstairs. There are convector heaters in the kitchen and bedrooms.
