The Coach House is set in glorious Suffolk countryside, in the rural village of Framsden, which has a pub that features in the good food guide, a Norman church, a large number of listed buildings, a small children's play area, numerous public footpaths and a windmill. Framsden, a rural village, unspoilt by modern developments, is situated off the the A1120 "Tourist Route" and is 9 miles from Woodbridge with its famous Tide Mill and Ipswich.
In the historic village of Debenham just three miles away, there is a post office and supermarket, together with
antique shops and a news agent.

Golf, riding, the leisure centre, wonderful country walks and cycle rides are all available nearby. The Framsden windmill is directly behind the Coach House and tours can be arranged on request, for a small charge. The Suffolk coastline can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

There are many interesting places to visit :- Helmingham Hall and Gardens, The village of Debenham, Bird of prey centre, the pottery barn and farm shop, which all take about 5 minutes by car. Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge wind and tide mills, and Framlingham Castle are about 20 minutes by car. Orford Castle, Felixstowe and Aldeburgh/Snape Maltings  are just a little bit further, around 35 minutes.

The Coach House accommodation, situated on the first floor:  has two double bedrooms, sleeping up to four people. It has a well furnished spacious living room with wonderful views across the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The Coach House is exceptionally well fitted, providing good quality furnishings, a colour television and video. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The extensively equipped modern kitchen has a fridge, electric hob and oven, a microwave oven and a washer/dryer.
A cot, high chair and child safety gate are available.

Milk, bread, egg and newspaper deliveries can usually be arranged. There is a regular bus service, several
times a day, into Ipswich and Debenham.
