Cheney Hollow, Cheney Hill, Heacham, Norfolk.
2 Cottages sleeping 2 to 4 people.

Heacham is ideally situated for exploring the whole of the North Norfolk coast including three R.S.P.B. bird reserves (one only five miles). The beach at Heacham is within 15-minutes walk and Hunstanton beaches are 2 miles from the cottages. The village amenities include butcher, Post Office, supermarket with locally baked bread, fish and chip shop, Chinese take-away. There are many pubs serving excellent good value meals. The cottages are well served by bus routes to the local towns and villages and the railway station at Kings Lynn 15 miles away. Several historic buildings, Holkam Hall, Houghton Hall and of course Sandringham House are easily accessible.

The Cottages: are detached brick and carrstone and stand in the grounds of the owner's cottage, which has approximately 1 acre of attractive well laid out gardens. Each has is own private patio with garden furniture and rotary clothesline and allocated off street parking. Both have night storage central heating and immersion heater plus a coal effect electric heater. The cottages have both been inspected and awarded 3 to 4 stars Self Catering by the ENGLISH TOURISM COUNCIL.

Garden Cottage, sleeps 2/3: Built just two years ago to older style in order to keep in character with the other two cottages. Sleeps two in 5 foot bed. Lounge with kitchen area, dishwasher, electric hob, fridge with icebox, grilling and roasting microwave, colour TV and video.  Bathroom, with power shower and air (bubble) bath. Conservatory with excellent view of garden and relaxing cane furniture

Guest Cottage, sleeps 2/4: This cottage was built in the mid 1800's and has been completely renovated to modern standards.  Ideal for two people, twin beds, however there is a double Put-U-Up in the lounge for two extra. The bedroom is large enough for a cot or Z bed. Lounge opening onto patio. Colour TV.  Kitchen with (dining alcove) microwave, electric cooker and hob, fridge with icebox, washing machine and tumble drier.  The bathroom has a power shower and bath.
