These beautifully converted farm buildings lie in the small hamlet of Tattersett, on a working farm. A haven of rural tranquility, but offering plenty of things of interest within just a few miles. Holkham, Wells and Brancaster boast magnificent sandy beaches and there are important bird reserves at Titchwell, Cley and Snettisham. Popular activities include walking and sailing or cycling along the quiet country lanes. Sandringham House and Holkham Hall, are just two of the fine stately homes in Norfolk, and a little further afield you will find the ancient and impressive ruins at Castle Rising and Castle Acre. The traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton boasts the Sea Life Centre which is perfect for children. 

The Properties: Each of the cottages has retained its own unique character, whilst offering attractive and comfortable accommodation. They all have their own walled garden with furniture and BBQ, and share a children's play area and a large games barn which offers snooker, pool, table football and other amenities. They are all centrally heated and there is shared use of a tumble dryer and drying area, and each cottage has parking for 2 cars.

Arabella, sleeps 6: Formally the stables and retaining traditional charm and features, offering a sitting room with colour TV, video and CD/hi-fi, 2 double bedrooms and a gallery with 2 single beds. The fully equipped kitchen/diner has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, and the bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.

The Old Stables, sleeps 4: A 200 year old single storey barn conversion, full of character, with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The comfortably furnished sitting room has a colour TV, video and CD/hi-fi, and the kitchen/diner is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.

The Mangers, sleeps 4, DISABLED FRIENDLY: Until recently a shelter for cattle it is now a cosy single storey cottage with wide doorways and ramped access, making it eminently suitable for the less able person. Open plan in design, the sitting area has a colour TV, video and CD/hi-fi and a sofa bed. There is a dining area and a kitchen area, fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, and a bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC and is equipped for visitors with disabilities.

Field View, sleeps 4: With splendid views over open fields and having a pretty galleried bedroom over the sitting room, complete with a colour TV, video and CD/hi-fi. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, and there is a further twin bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.

The Old Forge, sleeps 4: A workshop until 1994, it now offers charming accommodation with a galleried double bedroom and a further twin bedroom. The sitting room, is comfortably furnished, complete with a colour TV, video and CD/hi-fi. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, and the bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.
