This exceptionally large bungalow is situated in it's own grounds at the bottom of a quiet, residential road, just 2 kms. from the centre of the historic market town of Hailsham, and 8 kms. from Eastbourne. Being steeped in history, the area has a multitude of things to see; old villages, castles, priories, etc, and the towns of Brighton, Hastings and  Tunbridge Wells are all within about 27kms, with their vast array of shops and things of interest. London, of course, is a little further afield but still within reach at 85 kms. There is a shop, 15th century pub and public transport just 300ms away, and the railway station is 3 kms away at Polegate. The sporting activities close by are too numerous to mention, but there is of course swimming, boating, water sports and fishing, and for the more adventurous there is ballooning, paragliding and gliding and karting. Tennis, golf, squash, bowling, horse riding.......just a few of the activities that are available within the area. There are plenty of spectator sports here, too, including professional tennis, speedway, stock car racing, cricket, football and greyhound racing, so you will never be stuck for how to pass your time.

The Bungalow: is extremely spacious, on the ground floor there is an open plan lounge with colour TV/video, CD music centre, payphone and brick fireplace, and a dining room/kitchen which is also open plan. The kitchen is well fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven/hob, fridge and fridge / freezer, and plenty of other cooking items. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, a double and 2 twins, and a bathroom with bath and separate shower, and a separate wc. The games room has a quarter size pool table, darts and a colour TV. On the first floor, there are 3 further twin bedrooms, and 2 shower rooms both with basin and WC. The property is personally looked after by the owners, who will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Outside there is a pleasant garden with furniture and BBQ for outside dining, and there is parking for up to 5 cars.
