500 year old Grade 2 listed Red Doors Farm: is quintessentially Devon. This Devon longhouse together with its rambling group of flint and thatch cottages, form an enchanting private hamlet nestling at the foot of the National Trusts Dumpdon Hill. Red Doors is perfect for family holidays or for couples looking for a relaxing hideaway. Together with beautiful gardens, indoor swimming pool and games room we have 7 cottages sleeping between 2 to 8 guests. All 7 have just been individually refurbished to an extremely high standard. Red Doors feels totally off the beaten track, but yet is so accessible. The market town of Honiton is only 3 miles away and is great for a spot of antique hunting. The historic cathedral cities of Exeter and Taunton are less than half an hour away and provide a full range of amenities including excellent theatres and cinemas, with the fantastic east Devon coast and beaches just half an hours drive away.

The Cottages: have all been designed, furnished and equipped as you would your own country retreat. We have endeavoured to provide all the essentials of modern living as well as some of the luxuries plus all cottages for couples come with whirlpool baths.
All cottages have the following: * dishwasher, washer / dryer, microwave, fridge / freezer * colour TV, video recorder, CD player * power shower * full central heating * log burners (except Cider Barn) * parking.
Also available for guests: * luxury ozone treated indoor swimming pool * games barn with table tennis and pool tables * children's secret garden play area with swings and slide * BBQ * small video library * Croquet lawn.
The swimming pool is discreetly tucked away in a corner of the garden, and is a luxurious, ozone treated, 36' x 18' pool. It is heated to 30°C and has a maximum depth of 2 metres. There are full changing facilities including a shower and WC.
