The Lodge:
A tiled porch leads into a large parquet floored hall. The spacious lounge has a large bay window giving wonderful views over the lake and the sunsets can be spectacular. Through an archway the dining room also overlooks the lake and has French doors onto a patio, it has a table that seats eight but extends to seat twelve and is separated from a large open plan kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped and fully fitted with granite topped units, a gas range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and small fridge, a planted conservatory and large garage that can house two cars, bikes, fishing equipment, etc. The hall has French doors leading onto an enclosed patio that includes an herb garden and has a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture.
Downstairs a twin-bedded room overlooks the lake and there is also a double bedroom, family bathroom and cloakroom on this floor.
Upstairs has a master bedroom with king-size bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with wet-room shower, all overlooking the lake, and an en-suite twin/ double bedroom.

There is a wide screen television with Sky Entertainment, Sports and Children's Channels and DVD in the lounge, music centre with I-pod dock, large selection of books and games in the dining room and small flat screen television/DVD in the master bedroom.

There is oil fired central heating and the large gravel drive can accommodate at least six cars.

A cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request but parents should be aware that the lake is unfenced. We regret that we are unable to accept pets or smokers in the house and are unable to allow water sports on the lake.
