The House:
Woodfield House itself is a brand new, luxury five bedroom home
decorated in contemporary style, and fitted out with everything you
could possibly need to make you feel at home.

Lounge:
The large lounge comes with a complete home entertainment system
including TV, DVD player and Sky Television. Curl up on cold nights
on the leather sofas in front of the modern gas fire; or throw open
the windows and enjoy the cool Scottish breeze during our balmy
summers. |

Kitchen:
With oak flooring, granite worktops, American style fridge freezer,
double gas cooker, dishwasher and all the other appliances you'd
expect from a five star home, Woodfield's large and pleasant kitchen
is the hub of the house. |

Dining Room:
In the unlikely event that you grow tired of the wide variety of
cuisines Scotland's restaurants have to offer, the open plan dining
room will comfortably seat up to eight people. |
Utility Room:
You'll find a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board
here, should you require them.
Sun Room:
Yes, Scotland does get some sunshine, and you can enjoy it to the
full in the comfort of your own private sunroom, overlooking the
rear garden and with access to the extensive decking area – the
perfect place to sip a chilled glass of wine on a warm summer night.
The sun room has its own dining area, and is one of the most
relaxing rooms in the house with comfortable leather sofas to while
away the day in.

Bedrooms:
All five bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with mirrors, and we supply
hairdryers, clothes brushes and hangers for your convenience.
Four of the bedrooms have zip n' link beds, which can be made into
super kingsize, for the ultimate in luxury! Two bedrooms, meanwhile,
have en-suite bathrooms, while the master bedroom has access to the
indoor pool.
Drift off to sleep on Egyptian cotton sheets with luxury duvet
covers and feathered mattress protectors, then wake up for a
refreshing morning's swim. |

Bathrooms:
The master bathroom is the last word in luxury with double sink
units and rolltop bath, while the en-suite has a mains power shower
and the family bathroom contains a bath with luxury fittings. All
bathrooms are fully tiled. |
Pool:
What could be better than your own indoor, heated pool with seating
area, sun loungers, water feature, hi-fi system and access to the
deck and barbeque area?
Sauna: Located next to the pool, the sauna has its own
separate power shower.
The fully landscaped gardens contain a feature pond, barbeque
area and rear decking area which receives the early evening sun,
making it the perfect place to relax after a day's sightseeing or
shopping. Ample parking is provided.
