Saddle Cottage – a stone barn conversion – enjoys views of open countryside within the grounds of 16^th century Kenegie Manor, Gulval. The holiday village overlooks the beaches of Mounts Bay, Penzance. The cottage sleeps six in three bedrooms and has two bathrooms.

Ground floor: Entrance is by a stable door into a hallway, with cloak hanging and under-stair storage for the barbecue. A door leads to the open plan, L-shaped kitchen, dining area and lounge with colour TV, and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge with ice-box, microwave washer dryer and ironing facilities. French doors open onto a raised patio with garden table and chairs.

First floor: A landing connects a double bedroom, single bedroom and family bathroom. Both bedrooms have standard size beds, built in wardrobes and chests of drawers. The bathroom has a bath, mixer shower, washbasin and WC.

The loft: This has been converted into a bedroom with en-suite. There is a standard size double bed, single bed, three chests of drawers and a colour TV. The en-suite has an electric shower, hand basin and toilet.

A high chair is stored in the small built in wardrobe. Cots can be supplied (mattress but not linen) at an extra cost. There is parking beside the cottage. No smoking is allowed inside the property.

Includes: Membership of the Kenegie Manor leisure club (open Easter to October), which has a heated indoor swimming pool

There is a launderette (open March to October) and public phone. Spring and autumn breaks considered
