In the heart of Cornwall's Atlantic Heritage Coast, the cottages are superbly situated for enjoying the region. Renowned for its sparkling blue seas, sandy beaches and surf the area also has magnificent cliffs and coves and bays with charming, interesting fishing villages such as Padstow, Port Isaac and Boscastle. Just 3 miles from Bude and half a mile from the sea with the Atlantic rollers meeting the long sandy beach, there is a multitude of activities to enjoy. Shopping in Bude, coupled with squash, horse riding and a leisure pool, with 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive.

Kennacott Court: Having attained a 5 star grading by the English Tourism Council, the highest award available, these cottages are superbly furnished and comprehensively equipped to the highest standard. Many of the cottages are formed from traditional stone barns and farm buildings around a courtyard, retaining many original features, a delightful combination of stone , slate, exposed beams and timbers affording tremendous character.
They each have: central heating, colour TV/video, CD/cassette player, direct dial telephone, fireplaces, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, digital safe, electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer (except Duckpool).

Other equipment available by request: cots, highchairs, stair gates, baby alarms.

For small charge: Pushchairs, playpens. Baby sitting and maid service. Newspapers. Electric blankets/hot water bottles. Fax facilities.  Half set of golf clubs/bag & 3 balls, £10 weekly.

Facilities: One of the main features is the magnificent indoor leisure building which has a large swimming pool, sauna, solarium, snooker, fitness room and well equipped games room. 
Outside there are two all weather tennis courts, adventure trail, football, putting green, gas fired BBQs, nature walk and a unique feature is a par 18 golf course, with 5 full length holes.
